1. Download and Installation
In order to use CFDTool the software must first be installed on the intended computer system. If you have not done so already, please follow the link below to download and install the toolbox.
2. Activation
Once installed, the toolbox can be activated with the activation code or license key below:

Copy and make note of the activation code or license key, and proceed with the following steps to activate the toolbox.
First start the CFDTool toolbox on the computer system you wish to activate. Make sure the system is connected to the internet and not blocked by firewalls.
Select the
Activate License…
option from theHelp
menu. (Or alternatively, select Update License… to change license for an already activated system).

A dialog box will open where you can enter the activation code or license key. Press the
OK
button and wait for confirmation that the license has been successfully updated.Restart the toolbox to ensure the new license settings are applied.
To confirm that the toolbox has been activated select About CFDTool… from the Help menu. The About dialog box will also show the license type and toolbox version information.
3. Deactivation
If you later wish to move your license to another computer, then select Deactivate License… option from the Help menu. This will deactivate, remove, and release the license from your current/old system, so you can use the same activation code for a different system.

To get started with CFDTool you can try out some of the built-in tutorials which can be run directly from the Model Examples and Tutorials… option in the File menu, or take a look at any of the quickstart example models and video tutorials.
